When these Terms of Use refer to us as “we” or “the NorthIndiaTrips,” we mean the any and all departments of the NorthIndiaTrips, proprietor(s), NorthIndiaTrips employees, officers, trustees and agents. Unless otherwise stated, no material from this Site or any other website owned, operated, licensed or controlled by the NorthIndiaTrips may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way. Modification of the Site materials or use of the Site materials for any other purpose is a violation of the NorthIndiaTrips’s copyright and/or other proprietary rights. For purposes of these Terms of Use, the use of any such material on any other website or networked computer environment is prohibited.
If you believe that any content in our website violates your copyright, you should contact us. We will remove that content from our website if properly notified that such data or content infringes on another’s copyright rights.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Client means person(s) in whose name or on whose behalf the booking has been made. NorthIndiaTrips means NorthIndiaTrips.com.
All Vehicles and Packages are subject to availability.
Price is subject to increase without any notice if this rate substantially changes prior to departure and before a booking is confirmed the client would be required to pay such increase in the tour cost before the departure/booking confirmation.
Prices may vary depends on Petrol / Diesel prices and market Situations.
Toll, Parking, Driver Charge, State Tax or any other government tax would be extra.
PLEASE NOTE THAT AC WILL NOT WORK IN HILLS AND NO CLAIMS TO THIS REGARD SHALL BE ENTERTAINED.
Booking can be confirmed only after Advance Payment. Without advance booking cannot be termed as confirmed and Prices are liable to vary depends on Situations.

Payment Terms:
One way Trip - 25% Booking Advance, 75% Payment on Reporting.
Two way Trip - 25% Booking Advance, 50% Payment on Reporting, Balance 25% before starting of return Journey

All Reschedule Charges or Cancellation charges would be applicable on whole booking package amount not on advance amount Eg. Booking package Amount was 10000/- and Advance was 2500/- Then all cancellation charges would apply on 10000/-. Same policy will be applicable for Per KM Trips, Booking package amount will be calculated for the destination by including all charges eg Driver etc.

Reschedule Charges: These will be applicable only if new booking is available and client pay advance for that booking, otherwise cancellation charges will be apply. In any case No refund shall be made for Reschedule Booking.

The fare difference between the Old and New Booking.
AND
From booking date till 3 days prior to departure – NIL.
1 to 3 Days prior to departure – 5% of Package Cost.
24 hrs to 6 hrs prior to departure – 15% of Package Cost.
Less than 6 hrs – 25% of Package Cost.

Cancellation Charges: From booking date till 7 Days prior to departure – 5% of Package Cost
3 to 7 Days prior to departure – 10% of Package Cost
1 to 3 Days prior to departure – 20% of Package Cost
Less than 24 hrs – 25% of Package Cost.

Client acknowledges that such charges are just and fair and are deducted towards expenses NorthIndiaTrips incurs towards making bookings at the request of the Client and consequent cancellation or non-travel by the client.

LED/Music System/Curtains may not be allowed in few places, Clients will have to strictly adhere to the rules and should not compel to the driver for these facilities.

All information given in brochure/email or by any other document about the itinerary is based on the information available at the time of publication. NorthIndiaTrips reserves the right to change any information contained in the brochure/email or by any other document before or after booking the tour due reasons beyond our control.

In case the client is carrying any valuable personal effects, it is advisable not to leave them behind at the time of disembarking/leaving the coach. NorthIndiaTrips will not be held responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the coach. All baggage and personal effects are at all times and in all circumstances the responsibility of the client.

Any damage caused to the vehicle during travel because of the actions of the client (willful/negligent), shall be payable by the client and NorthIndiaTrips would in no manner whatsoever be liable for the same.

The drivers of the vehicles are bound by specific rules like maximum driving hours within a day/during a week, rest period per day/week etc. Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel. In the event any of the sightseeing schedules is missed due to delays caused by the client, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances.

It shall be the duty of the client to inform NorthIndiaTrips in case the client has any medical history that may affect his ability to enjoy and pursue fully the tour and wherein the interest of the group or any member thereof is prejudicially affected.

The tour cost does not include the costs towards the insurance premium. Hence, it is advisable that the clients get insurance cover at their own costs.

In case where a client along with his family is compelled to discontinue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of any travel documents, no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services. Even if a client is unable to reach the place of commencement of the tour due to any reason whatsoever including loss of baggage or loss of travel documents, his booking shall be treated as “no show” on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.

The Client agrees and acknowledges that they consent to participate in the excursion activities (boat rides, ferry rides, snorkeling etc. which is included in the tour) without any obligation from the NorthIndiaTrips. Client confirms that he/she is medically fit to participate in all activities involved in excursion activities & fully accept my personal responsibility of my safety.

NorthIndiaTrips shall not be liable for any physical injury or loss of life caused to the Client due to such participation

NorthIndiaTrips shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person traveling with us for :
Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind of theft howsoever caused.
Any act, omission, default of any independent Contractor or other person or by any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused.
The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused including willful negligence on the part of any person.
NorthIndiaTrips shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to the Client due to reasons beyond the control of NorthIndiaTrips (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure).

Registration and Privacy
Certain portions of the Site may require you to register and provide certain data. In consideration of use of such portions of the Site, in registering and providing such data, you represent and warrant that: (i) the information about yourself is true, accurate, current and complete (apart from optional items) as required by various registration forms of the NorthIndiaTrips (“Registration Data”) and (ii) you will maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or the NorthIndiaTrips has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the NorthIndiaTrips has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site by you.
All registrations become the exclusive property of the NorthIndiaTrips. The NorthIndiaTrips reserves the right to use and reuse for any lawful means all Registration Data and other personally identifiable user information.

During a session on the Site, you may affirmatively submit information to the NorthIndiaTrips by, among other means, electronic mail (“e-mail”), by filling in and submitting an on-line form, or by electing to personalize the Site and use it as a customized portal. If any provision of the Terms of Use shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of DELHI.

- Time and Kilometers will be calculated from vasant kunj garage.
- Driver allowance Rs. 500 per day.(Out Of Delhi)
- Govt. Inter State Taxes, Toll fee And Parking will be charged as actual.
- Minimum 250 Km perfect will be charged for outstation tour.
- Not Including all Govt. Monument tickets, Trains, Flights and other charges.
