Tour Terms and Conditions
-All tour packages depart from and return to Delhi
-All prices are inclusive of guides and entrance fees unless otherwise specified
-All prices inclusive of all taxes and fees
-All prices are exclusive of meals except breakfast when indicated
-50% advance payment is required for booking and can be paid on-line in any currency via PayPal
-Conversions will be calculated at the current conversion rate as posted on Yahoo! Finance
-Cash payments must be made in Indian Rupees (but online payments are welcome in any currency through PayPal)
-Full payment is due before departure
-Cancellations are subject to a 25% penalty
-Luxury car available upon request for additional charge.
-Some cities do not have 5 star accommodations. If you select “5 star” the rate you receive will reflect a 4 star hotel rate in these select cities.
-For 3-person packages luggage space is limited to one full size suitcase and one personal item (small backpack...) per person.
-The above rates do not apply during Christmas and New Year.
-1 Star/budget accommodations can be arranged. However, NorthInidaTrips.com recommends at least 3 star accommodations for the sake
of comfort and safety.
